You may need
time to agree holiday details with other party members. To
enable you to do so we will normally hold your chosen holiday
as an option for three days, after which time it will be automatically
cancelled unless you or your travel agent have confirmed the
booking with us.
When booking we ask for a deposit of 20% and a completed, signed
booking form accepting the booking conditions on behalf of all
party members.
The balance is payable eight weeks prior to departure. Please note that we
do not issue reminders for this balance and that the holiday confirmation which
you receive after paying your deposit also serves as your final invoice. If
booking within 8 weeks of departure, we will need the full holiday cost and
all applicable insurance premiums.
We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and debit cards.
This means that you may telephone your requirements for immediate
booking.
