Accommodation
Ground floor: An open plan living/dining/kitchen area (full cooking facilities), and sliding doors onto a terrace with wicker sofas and directly to the swimming pool. 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath/shower, and sliding doors onto an adjoining patio. 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and sliding doors onto adjoining patio. A marble staircase to:

First floor: 1 large double bedroom with en-suite Kyknos bathroom with bath/shower, and 2sets of sliding doors onto 2 separate balconies.

Outside:
A private swimming pool. Natural stone terracing is interspersed with mosaic tiles and provides a large seating area with comfortable furniture. Patio with furniture. Olive groves and shrub beds. All paths and patios are lit at night. B.B.Q. Parking area. SEA and HILL VIEWS.

The owner Panos has added two new additions to this large plot of land. These lovely villas were completed in 2006 and are similarly designed and decorated to the nearby sister villas. Panos continues the constellation theme that all the other villas are named after; Kyknos means Swan in Greek and Pegasus is the winged horse. Once again, the design is such that all the rooms have their own access to a patio or verandah. These two villas have plenty of space surrounding them plus olive groves to the side and back. Sitting at a different angle to the others, the views are not compromised but they do benefit from more privacy. You can look across the hills and to the sea beyond nearby Spartohori village.

The decoration and furnishings are quite daring with modern paint effects in the living area, a fashionable L­shape sofa and unusual pebble panelling in the first floor bathroom. An attractive feature of this villa is the amount of comfort and space around the pool. There are sunbeds and wicker furniture so you can relax in the shade or in the sun. The only disturbance is likely to be the resident donkey that likes a chat with the neighbouring donkey in the afternoon. Word has it he is partial to an apple or carrot!

It an easy 5-minute walk from the villas to the village of Spartohori, with its narrow lanes and traditional houses. A torch is an idea for a night time return. There are a handful of tavernas offering good, freshly prepared Greek food, a few mini-markets and a butchers shop for those who prefer to enjoy a lazy evening at the villa over a B.B.Q. As you wind your way through the village admiring the lovely gardens, you will glimpse views of Spilia bay below. Continue zigzagging down the hill for approximately 15 minutes and you will reach the shingle beach and harbour. You can refresh yourself with a cooling dip, maybe before or after a visit to one of the waterside tavernas. Motorboats can be moored here and it is great fun to explore the numerous coves and beaches aroundthe island.

N.B. Our package price includes a Group C car (or a 15 hp boat) for up to 5 people and 2 cars for 6 people (or a 25 hp boat) for the full duration of your stay. Also included are return taxi transfers from the airport and return boat transfers from Lefkada to Mega­nissi. If you choose a car then boat hire is highly recom­mended and can be rented daily, weekly or for the full duration of your stay.
