Accommodation:
Ground floor: Entrance into an open plan living/dining /kitchen area. Fireplace. 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/hydro massage, one bedroom with 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower.
First floor: A marble staircase to 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath/shower. Verandah.

Outside:
A private infinity swimming pool, sunbathing terraces, umbrellas, sun beds and patio furniture. B.B.Q. and parking area. All paths, patios and pools are lit at night. PANORAMIC VIEWS TO THE SEA.

Note; The only difference between the two villas internally is: Christina has a bath with Jacuzzi, Melina has no bath or Jacuzzi but shower / hydro massage.

Villas Christina and Melina are newly built and were finished in August 2008. The villas are quite separate in their own grounds and have their own individual pools.

Meganissi has no large tourist complexes and is a desirable destination for travellers who prefer to be away from the mundane mass market. The villas are near to Vathi, one of the three traditional villages on the island of Meganissi. It also has a beautiful port with a natural harbour. The port is a favourite overnight stop for yachts and has a good selection of tavernas, cafes and mini markets. This is a great place for people and boat watching. Vathi is just a 5-minute drive away from the villas and about a 10-minute walk. These two villas are set in a picturesque rural location above two similar looking natural bays. Both villas enjoy panoramic sea views overlooking these bays, one has a pebble beach to swim from. The rooms of the properties all have far reaching sea views as do the outside patios and pool areas.

The location is perfect for those who like a close by opportunity for a swim in the sea (just a short stroll away). The villa owners are local from the island and have a long established cafe in Vathi harbour. They have given care and thought to the construction, design, internal fixtures, fittings and decor. Whilst the basic design of the villas is similar, the outside landscaping and the internal furnishings are individual. The villas are an indication of the owners understanding of quality tourism. Meganissi tends to be one of those places people come back to many times. We believe these two lovely villas will have guests returning regularly.

Christina and Melina are ideal for people who particularly enjoy sea swimming and snorkelling. There is the possibility to have a motorboat, that can be moored at the beach below during the day; a great way to explore the coastline and the other little bays and harbours. You can also use the boat to pop across to Lefkada or to visit the beaches on the Onassis island, Scorpios.

N.B. Our villa price includes a Group C car for up to 5 people. Over 5 persons will require a second vehicle at an additional charge. Also included are return taxi transfers from the airport and return boat transfers from Lefkada to Meganissi. Boat hire is highly recommended and can be rented daily, weekly or for the full duration of your stay. A complimentary welcome food hamper will be in your villa on arrival.
