Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with a dressing room with built in wardrobes. 1large family bathroom with corner bath/shower and double sinks.
First floor: Main entrance into an open plan living/dining/ kitchen area (full cooking facilities) and 2 sets of French windows; 1 set open onto a large verandah with patio furniture and 1 set that lead onto the patio surrounding the pool. 1 twin bedroom with French windows that lead onto a patio. 1 family bathroom with corner bath/shower. Second floor: 1 twin bedroom (Angeliki and Eleftheria) with French windows that open onto a large verandah with patio furniture (Constantina and Athanasia have a double bedroom). 1 family bathroom with bath/shower.
Outside: These 4 charming villas contour a hillside within their own separate grounds. Each villa has a private infinity swimming pool, large patios, sunbathing terraces, a shady pergola with a tiled roof, sun umbrellas, sunbeds, patio furniture. B.B.Q. and parking area. Natural stone walls. steps and shrub beds. All paths, patios and pools are lit at night. PANORAMIC SEA AND HILLSIDE VIEWS.

Can it get any better than this? The location, the views and walking distance to the village spells perfection for a family with teenage children. A rarity! These four beautiful villas all look directly over the sea and the mouth of the natural harbour of Vathi. They proudly survey all the yachts, fishing boats and ferries entering and leaving the harbour and all enjoy far reaching panoramic sea views across to Lefkada and mainland Greece. Built on a steep hillside there are a few staircases inside and out; two of the villas have steps leading from the living area down to the pool area. Every villa has three floors, all with verandahs/ terraces sharing the glorious views. Two brothers from a local family, Yiannis and Dimitris, built these properties with the help of their families and have named the villas after their children.

We had our first guests staying in the summer of 2006 and many returned in 2007. They all agree it is ideal for families as well as a group of friends. The option to walk to the taverna at night and not having to drive is a big bonus. Also, children love the importance and excitement of running down to the village on their own to buy the fresh bread for breakfast. It is only a 5-minute stroll and a perfect little harbour to moor your own hired boat. You can go around the nearby islands, beaches or to Lefkada Should you choose to have a car with your villa instead, you are able to drive to a couple of beaches on Meganissi and to the other village of Spartohori. We feel certain these villas will be a success again and I am sure the locals are looking forward to seeing our return guests and welcoming new ones.

N.B. Our villa price includes a Group C car or a 15 hp boat for up to 5 people for the full duration of your stay. 2nd car or upgrade to 25hp boat for 6 persons will be at an extra cost. If you choose a car then boat hire is highly recommended and can be rented daily, weekly or for the full duration of your stay. Also included are return taxi transfers from the airport and return boat transfers from Lefkada to Meganissi.
