In the Times newspaper, Journalist Mr. David Smith wrote an article that spoke fondly of the freshly caught tasty snapper he ate at a local taverna in Mikros Gialos whilst staying as a guest with Travelux. There always seems to be an added pleasure when eating by the sea. This taverna overlooks the cobbled white beach and out across this pretty natural harbour. On the hillside to the left of the bay you will clearly see Villa Pikermi and sister villas Phoebe, Agnantio and Cavos. It is immediately obvious that the villa has magnificent views over the harbour, the beach and out to sea.

The twisting road down to this bay passes through the typically Greek village of Poros and its fertile plots of land. Before reaching sea level, there is a track that climbs and contours the hillside. Initially the steep driveway up to Pikermi can appear a little daunting but on reaching the front door the mind is elsewhere absorbing the scenery. The villa commands the most spectacular views that really do make people gasp. When taking photographs for the brochure, it was tempting to only take the sea views from every room but this villa has so much more to offer.

Pikermi is on 2 floors with a spacious open plan kitchen and lounge on the first level plus an en-suite bedroom. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are large in this villa. On the upper floor are two further en-suite bedrooms. All rooms are designed to take advantage of the villa’s location and have individual balconies or terrace leading onto the patio. The villa is well furnished with every amenity. The positioning of the infinity swimming pool is just perfect and has been well thought out with pergolas erected with shade, ideal for sitting under and looking out to the islands of Ithaca, Cephalonia and Arkoudi in the distance. We feel this is an exceptional villa. If you can tear yourself away there are numerous bays and harbours to visit close-by and the motor boat that comes with the villa will give a lot of pleasure pottering around the coastline.

The location of Pikermi gives guests a wide choice of options for sight seeing, watersports or visiting neighbouring bays and harbours. The windsurfing centre of Vassiliki is a short drive in your car.

N.B. Our villa price also includes a motor boat and a 4 WD for up to 5 people for the full duration of your stay and will be collected/returned to the airport. Over 5 persons will require a second vehicle at an additional charge. A complimentary welcome food hamper will be in your villa on arrival.
