Accommodation:
Main entrance into a large open plan living area with a fireplace, and two sets of sliding doors onto a shaded verandah with patio furniture. An archway into a kitchen/dining area (with full cooking facilities) and two sets of sliding doors onto a terrace. A cloakroom with a W.C. and wash basin.
First floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, separate shower and double basins, and French windows open onto a balcony. 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers, and French windows open onto balconies.

Outside: A steep hillside location with many steps, slopes and natural stone terracing. Olive groves skirt the property. A private infinity swimming pool with large patios, sunbathing terraces, shady pergolas, umbrellas, sunbeds, a hammock and patio furniture. B.B.Q. and parking area. All paths, patios and pools are lit at night. PANORAMIC SEA AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS.

A trip to the south of Lefkada takes you through an array of rural landscape and far reaching views. A winding road meanders down through olive groves allowing glimpses of sea and yachts before turning up a steep unmade track to Phoebe. The harbour of Mikros Gialos seems tantalizing close. The villa has fabulous views across the bay and down onto the little quay below. To the right is the pebbly beach edged with tavernas one side and shimmering blue water the other. In the distance are a number of islands including Ithaca and Cephalonia. If that is not enough to captivate you, then the villa will certainly not disappoint. It is quite simply very special. Phoebe has panoramic views from every room, the pool and the patio. A large olive tree creates a shady bower to relax under and befits this gorgeous setting. Top quality fittings and furnishings have been chosen to complement this beautifully designed villa.

The fitted open plan kitchen is bright and the cook can enjoy the lovely views whilst preparing a feast for family and friends. The adjoining dining area and sitting room is large with plenty of furniture to sit all guests comfortably and especially cosy when the fire is lit during the cooler months. The 3 en–suite bedrooms all share the lovely views. Completed in July 2007 to a high specification Phoebe was project managed by Travelux, this villa was designed to take full advantage of its privileged location.

For the fit, you are able to walk down to the harbour that offers a small selection of cafes and fish tavernas. A little motor boat is included with the villa and is moored on the quay below. It is a great way to explore the surrounding area from the sea. For any keen wind surfers the harbour of Vassiliki is one of the best in the area. It is only a 20 minute drive in your car (but not in your boat). If you do not have your own equipment it is possible to hire it locally.

N.B. Our villa price also includes a motor boat and a 4 WD for up to 5 people for the full duration of your stay and will be collected/ returned to the airport. Over 5 persons will require a second vehicle at an additional charge. A complimentary welcome food hamper will be in your villa on arrival.
