Ground floor: Main entrance into a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area (full cooking facilities), a fireplace, French windows that open onto a patio. A utility room. A cloakroom with a WC and wash basin.

Outside: A steep drive way up to a garage under the house. Lots of natural stone walling, patios and terraces. Steps lead down to a large, private infinity swimming pool with large spacious patios, sunbathing terraces, pergolas, sun umbrellas, sun beds, and a hammock and patio furniture.

The drive from the airport following the coast road to the south of Lefkada passes the most wonderful views and diverse landscape. As you pass through the typically Greek village of Poros and descend the winding road to Mikros Gialos, it is hard to imagine what will be at the end of your journey. Just before reaching sea level you turn off to the left and start to climb the hill quite steeply to Villa Agnantio. Since the villa has been built on such a steep hillside, you know the views are going to be spectacular. They stretch across the bay and harbour of Mikros Gialos and to the islands of Ithaca and Cephalonia to the south. The main entrance to the villa leads into the open planned living/dining area. The round ended shaped lounge is large and bright and ideal to entertain a lively family. There are a number of windows to look out over the view. During the cooler months the fire can be lit and the central heating turned on. Upstairs the bedrooms also benefit from the wonderful views. You can never tire of them. Each bedroom has a verandah you can sit on and enjoy an early morning coffee. However, for certain most of the time will be spent on the patio and around the pool absorbing the vista. It is such a fabulous place to enjoy a family B.B.Q. Travelux were involved in the project management of this villa, which is owned by long-standing clients. It is fair to say all involved are absolutely delighted. The owners have taken great care and paid attention to every detail with the villa décor and furnishings and it has clearly added to the overall effect of an exceptional villa. Agnantio is furnished to the highest standards and has every amenity you would expect from a villa of such quality. It did eventually become a labour of love and all guests staying here find departing difficult. Agnantio clearly demonstrates that villas in Greece can compete with any in the Mediterranean. The harbour has a choice of fish tavernas and cafes and a charming shingle beach. There is a motorboat included with this villa which is moored in the little natural harbour below. The boat will give you an oppor tunity to explore the pretty coastline and neighbouring harbours and little bays. There are some interesting nearby little islands worth visiting.

N.B. Our villa price includes a motorboat and a 4 WD for up to 5 people and two 4 WDs for 6 people for the full duration of your stay and will be collected/ returned to the airport.
