Accommodation:
(Villa Melia) An open plan living/dining/kitchen area (with full cooking facilities). The living area has a fireplace, and French windows open onto a verandah with patio furniture. 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a mosquito net over the bed, French windows open onto a terrace. 1 twin bedroom, French windows open onto a terrace, 1 bathroom with bath/shower.
Outside:
Landscaped gardens surround the villas Aledora, Iasmos, Melia and Rodia and the pathways are lit at night. Each villa has its own verandah with outside furniture and a B.B.Q. The villas Rodia and Melia share a large swimming pool and child's pool. For guests staying in these 2 villas, there is a laundry room with 2 automatic washing machines and ironing facilities.
SEA AND HILL VIEWS.
The owner thoughtfully planned these minimalist villas so everyone would have their own space, a private verandah and sweeping views across the olive groves to the sea. Situated on a hillside, the villas, pool, flower and shrub beds are all on different levels. The landscaped gardens are colourful most of the year round. The lovely large swimming pool sits between the villas. A natural stone terrace and patio surround the pool and sunbeds have been placed for guests to relax. The villas have immense charm.
A 15-20 minute walk down the unmade/part asphalt agricultural track will bring you into Tsoukalades village, not too far to fetch fresh bread for breakfast. Although there are all the basic amenities in the village, Tsoukalades is still an active farming community. Over the winter months this quiet location becomes a hive of activity, with villagers gathering their olives to make oil. During harvest time, small trucks bumble along the narrow farm tracks that cut through the countryside. For the rest of the year these tracks are wonderfully peaceful for walking and will lead you to some very scenic spots.
The beaches of Pefkouli and Agios Nikitas are less than 10 minutes drive and Lefkas town is 10 minutes drive in the opposite direction. It is also easy to explore some of mainland Greece from here, perhaps a visit to the ancient city of Nikopolis.
N.B. Our package price includes a Group C car with each of these villas for the full duration of your stay and will be collected/returned to the airport.
