Accommodation:
Ground floor: An open-plan living/dining/kitchen area (full cooking facilities). The living area has a fireplace, and French windows open onto a patio with furniture. A cloakroom with aW.C. and washbasin.
First floor: A staircase up to 1 double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath/shower, and French windows open onto a balcony. 1 twin bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside:
A steep hillside location with many steps, slopes and natural stone terracing. Olive groves skirt the property. Flower and shrub beds are planted for colour and privacy. Just below the villas there is private access to a small cove to swim and moorings for guests hiring a boat. There is a private driveway and parking areas for villas Akrogiali, Votsalo, Floisvos and Thalassa. Each villa has a private swimming pool and a natural stone patio with furniture. B.B.Q. SEA VIEWS.

These villas are impossible to miss by boat. They stand aloft on the hillside, together with villas Akrogiali and Votsalo, and overlook the picturesque bay of Dessimi on the east coast of Lefkada. The views are far reaching to the islands of Meganissi and Thilia, and to the mountains of mainland Greece beyond. Sitting on the balcony or patio you can gaze at the patterns made by the passing boats and count how many dare to visit the little cave opposite. Early mornings bring fabulous sunrises that spill over the mainland’s mountain tops and can be seen from the verandahs/patios. The villas are spacious and comfortably furnished. The double bedrooms are bright with wonderful sea views. The living area has a patio in front with a path around to the pool, and shares the same lovely views. Surrounding the villas are terraced gardens. These have been planted up with shrubs to provide privacy between the villas and flowers to soften the hard landscape and steep natural stone walls.

For water lovers this is a perfect destination. Finding villas with their own access to the sea are rare. There are numerous steps descending to a tiny cove from a track below the villas. It is easy to while away the hours sitting on the edge of a rock dangling your feet in the water, staring at the fish darting around. Hiring your own boat is a good option here. It is easy to load up a little 15 hp boat and chug off across the bay to the other nearby islands for some snorkelling or to sunbathe in a quiet cove. For more active water sports such as sailing, water skiing and diving, these can be found in the town of Nidri, approximately 15 minutes by road or sea. The nearest beach to the villas for sunbathing or a swim is a 10-minute walk to Dessimi Bay. Lunch and evening meals are served from a couple of tavernas on the beach but do wear sturdy shoes along the unmade track to the beach and take a torch for the night time return.

N.B. Our villa price includes a Group C car for the full duration of your stay and will be collected/ returned to the airport. Boat hire is highly recommended and can be rented daily, weekly or for the full duration of your stay and moored below the villa.
