At a landscape of hills that surrounds the pretty harbour of Sivota we have built
two villas designed by an award winning local architect, each with its own
private pool, situated in an estate of approximately 8000m² that includes cl
private forestry land. The views are unique, unobstructed and breathtaking,
since both villas are built on a cliff and at a distance of 100m from the sea and
cover the tip of Lefkada and beyond to lthaca and Kefalonia and the smaller
offshore islands at the sea in front. These views can be enjoyed from multiple
locations, like the infinity swimming pools, the surrounding outdoor sitting areas,
the living rooms, the master bedrooms, the balconies and the terrace
connecting the two villas. The villas lay very close to Sivota harbour, at a
walking distance of less than a 1km. This idyllic location is perfect for a
family or a group vacation as it combines privacy for relaxation with proximity
to famous beaches (Vasiliki, Porto Katsiki) and tourist resorts (Nidri, Sivota)
for entertainment, leisure, sailing, boating and all kinds of water sports/activities.
Each villa is approximately 105m² and consists of a modern house of 2 floors,
built of local stone, wooden pergolas & traditional ceramic roof. The interior
design is minimal & furnished on modern country-style. The top floor has a
Queen Master bedroom, leading to a private balcony with pergola & a Twin
bedroom, each with an en suite bathroom. The main level that is connected
to the top floor through a wooden internal staircase consists of a
long open-plan living room w/integral kitchen, a dinning table, WC & a
fireplace. The living room is surrounded by wide-open wooden double glassed
windows that lead to the infinity swimming pool which is 5.5m x 10m and a
large outside sitting area surrounding the pool. This area is furnished for
outdoor living and entertaining and commands superb views.
The villas are connected between them with a big terrace offering a vast
playground and spectacular views.
