Accommodation:
Ground floor: A spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area in an L-shape with a fireplace, and French windows that opens onto a large patio. A kitchen area separated with a breakfast bar (full cooking facilities). 1 twin bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower, and sliding patio doors onto a small patio. 1 twin bedroom, sliding patio doors open onto a large patio. 1 family bathroom with shower. A windmill style winding staircase up to the first floor.
First floor: From the landing, French windows lead onto a large verandah. 1 double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, hip bath and shower, and sliding patio doors onto an adjoining large verandah. 1 twin bedroom. 1 family bathroom with shower.

Outside:
A long driveway skirts a hillside to three luxurious private villas, separate from one another and all set in their own spacious grounds. The surrounding area has natural stone walls, large natural gardens full of old fruit and olive trees, grapevines, a B.B.Q. and pathways. Private parking. A private swimming pool, sun terraces and patios with furniture. All paths, patios and pool are lit at night. PANORAMIC SEA AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS.

This villa has been carefully positioned to maximise one’s enjoyment of this fabulous location and the amazing views. Privacy and space with home comforts were high on the agenda, and careful detail to design. Evangelia’s House has been named after the architect. She chose to incorporate a windmill styled staircase to mimic the designs and materials of bygone years. Skilled stonemasons created it using local stone and it certainly blends in with the natural stone patios and walls. A strong attraction to Evangelia is the particularly large rooms. When the doors are thrown open you can keep cool inside the villa and still relish the lovely views. The kitchen has also been lavishly equipped with cupboards, electrical equipment as well as utensils for cooking and eating. Outside, the enormous patio leads to the swimming pool. Sunbeds become insignificant as there is so much space. A quiet nook to get away from the others is up on the verandah. It catches a lovely breeze and you can settle into a book undisturbed or gaze at the magnificent views.

Many of the original olive trees and fruit trees were preserved to add character and privacy. These extensive gardens were once tended religiously to provide fare for the family throughout the year. It is a super place for children to play and observe. The gardens are kept semi rural to encourage the birds and butterflies. Our clients have found it difficult to leave the villa, even for a meal at night. However, for the “adventurous”, Poros village is a 5-minute drive away and can supply an evening meal in the local taverna. Mikros Gialos beach is a 12 minute drive and has a selection of tavernas, cafes and mini markets to choose from. Nidri and Vlicho are about a 20 minute drive and offer a broader choice of amenities with clubs, bars, sailing, water sports etc.

N.B. Our villa price includes a 4 wheel drive for up to 5 people for the full duration of your stay and will be collected/returned to the airport. A 2nd 4 wheel drive for 6 persons or more will be at an extra cost.
