Main entrance into a large open plan

Outside: The villa has a private swimming pool with large spacious
patios, sunbathing terraces, shady pergolas, sun umbrellas,
sunbeds, a hammock and patio furniture. BBQ and parking
area. Natural stone walls and shrub beds. All paths, patios
and pools are lit at night. PANORAMIC SEA AND

This charming, spacious individual villa is set in its own
separate ground. The villa has a private swimming pool
with large spacious patios, sunbathing terraces, shady
pergolas, sun umbrellas, sunbeds, a hammock and patio
furniture. B.B.Q. and parking area. Natural stone walls and
shrub beds. All paths, patios and pools are lit at night.
PANORAMIC SEA AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS.
The villa is set on the edge of a basin looking down towards
the sea and across to mainland Greece. The surrounding
countryside up until very recently was patterned with
beautifully manicured small plateaus and terraces of crops.
Plots of olive groves, lemon trees and the occasionally rows
of grapevines grew on this fertile ground. Goats kept the
undergrowth trimmed. The 10-minute drive up the
winding asphalt track passes glimpses of Preveza town on
the mainland and Lefkada town below before driving over
the brow of the hill to three new villas. Each villa has been
built a good distance apart and on different levels from the
others. The grounds have been planted up with trees and
shrubs to ensure privacy.
Villa Circe is spacious with the main living area in the centre
and an en-suite bedroom at each wing. Each room has
French windows that open onto verandahs and terraces with
lovely views over the swimming pool, down to the channel
and across to the mainland. The rooms are all on one level,
colourfully decorated and comfortably furnished. There is
plenty of wardrobe space in both rooms and all amenities
provided.
There is plenty of space outside around the villa. Apart from
the large swimming pool and surrounding terrace, there are
sunbeds, patio furniture and a hammock to swing gently in
the warmth of the day. For quiet moments there is always a
little nook around the corner to hide. For the more active
the walking in this area is rewarding. Miloi beach is
approximately 15-minutes drive, an ideal area to swim,
cycle, walk (the beach is very long) or even go horse riding.
Pefkouliabeach is even closer and has a couple oftavernas providing refreshment during the day and evening. On arrival at villa Circe you will be given a book of selfguided walks and a GPS map of Lefkada Island. Lefkada town is also a 15-minute drive away and has a wide selection of tavernas, banks, and market stalls open six days a week selling fresh fruit, vegetables and local fresh fish. The nearby village has bare essentials; bread, milk etc and a good taverna.

a Group C car for the full duration of your stay and will be collected/ returned to the airport.
