The villa has a private swimming pool with large spacious patios, sunbathing terraces, shady pergolas, sun umbrellas, sunbeds, a hammock and patio furniture. B.B.Q. and parking area. Natural stone walls and shrub beds. All paths, patios and pool are lit at night. PANORAMIC SEA ANDMOUNTAIN VIEWS.

This charming, spacious villa is one of three, set on the edge of a basin looking down towards the sea and across to mainland Greece. The sister villas to Circe are Galini and Kali Zoe. They have all been built a good distance apart and on different levels from each other on large individual plots. Many shrubs and trees have been planted for privacy. The surrounding countryside, up until very recently, was patterned with beautifully manicured small plateaus and terraces of crops. Olive groves, lemon trees and rows of grapevines grew on this fertile ground. Goats kept the undergrowth trimmed. The 10-minute drive up the winding asphalt track passes glimpses of Preveza town on the mainland and Lefkada town directly below before driving over the brow of the hill to these three new villas.

Villa Circe is a perfect villa for 2 couples to share. The main living area is in the centre with comfortable furniture, a fireplace for cool evenings out of high season and an ensuite bedroom at each wing. Every room has French windows that open onto a verandah or terrace with lovely views over the swimming pool, down to the channel and across to mainland Greece. The rooms are all on one level, colourfully decorated and comfortably furnished. There is plenty of wardrobe space in both rooms and all essential amenities are provided.

Outside the villa there are trees and shrub beds between the patios and terraces and lots of natural scrub land. Apart from the large swimming pool and surrounding terrace, there are sunbeds, patio furniture and a hammock to swing gently in the warmth of the day. For quiet moments there is always a shady nook around the corner to hide. For the more active the walking in this area is rewarding and the Agios Yiannis beach is approximately only a 15-minute drive away, an ideal area to swim, cycle, walk (the beach is 7 km long) or even to go horse riding. Pefkoulia beach is even closer and has a couple of tavernas providing refreshment during the day and evening. On arrival at Villa Circe you will be given a book of self-guided walks and a GPS map of Lefkada Island. Lefkada town is also a 15-minute drive away and has a wide selection of tavernas, banks, and market stalls that open six days a week to sell fresh fruit, vegetables and local fresh fish. The nearby village has bare essentials: bread, milk etc. and a couple of good tavernas.

N.B. Our villa price also includes a Group C car for the full duration of your stay and will be collected/returned to the airport. A complimentary welcome food hamper will be in your villa on arrival.
