Accommodation:
Ground floor: Large fitted kitchen (full cooking facilities) with American style fridge, a separate open plan dining area and a spacious, triple aspect lounge with comfortable furniture and accessories. One twin en suite bedroom. Marble floors and stairs.
Upper floor: One twin and one double bedroom all en suite. The main bedroom suite has a bath and separate shower with a dressing area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and feature high quality fittings.
Lower floor: One en suite double bedroom with verandah. Utility room.

Outside:
BBQ. Numerous patios and dining areas with comfortable furniture. The whole outside is dominated by the magnificent, large infinity pool. Pool shower. All patios and verandas are tiled or flag stoned. PANORAMIC SEA ANDMOUNTAIN VIEWS.

Villa Cavos is an exceptional, well appointed villa with the most perfect setting. It is newly built with imaginative use of stone and marble. All four bedrooms are ensuites, the kitchen and lounge are unusually spacious with marble floors whilst outside, there is a huge stunning infinity pool. The owners set out to build a villa with a ‘wow’ factor and it is exactly what they have achieved. They were fully involved with the design and construction and to make use of the exceptional location they wanted to make the pool a particular feature. Internally the design, using the glass doors and windows to reap the benefit of the all round sea views, is particularly well thought out. The villa has all the amenities expected of a property of the highest quality. The furniture is comfortable and imaginative, even the beds have superior mattresses. Clearly the English owners, who have considerable knowledge of building Mediterranean villas, have used all their past experiences to produce an accommodation of this standard.

Access to the villa is via an unmade road that circles above the charming bay of Mikros Gialos, leading to the private villa entrance. Mikros Gialos is a natural horseshoe shaped bay situated below the mountain village of Poros in the south of Lefkada island. The picturesque little pebbly village beach is excellent for swimming and there is a good selection of cafes, tavernas and mini markets. The fish taverna is highly recommended.

The panoramic sea views from the patios and pool are spectacular, stretching from Mikros Gialos beach out of the bay entrance to Ithaca and Kefalonia in the distance. It really is a villa where it is hard to tear yourself away. For those who decide to do so and want to explore the coastline, there are many coves and bays nearby. A little motor boat is included with the villa and is moored in the harbour below.

The boat enables guests to potter around the bays. Within easy reach of the neighbouring island of Meganissi and the Onassis’ island of Scorpios. A 20 minute drive away is the bay of Vassiliki, one of the premier Mediterranean windsurfing centres.

N.B. Our villa price also includes a motor boat and a 4 WD for up to 5 people for the full duration of your stay and will be collected/ returned to the airport. Over 5 persons will require a second vehicle at an additional charge. A complimentary welcome food hamper will be in your villa on arrival.
