Passing through the traditional Greek village of Poros, the track winds
up past the church and through olive groves down to Cape Luigi.
This tranquil location was carefully chosen by the English owners
John and Jo so they could build their dream house, which proved to
be a long and time consuming project. They pursued the task with
patience, passion and empathy for the olive clad area. They were
determined to achieve their original dream and what they envisaged
when originally planning this personal individually designed villa.
The end result has ensured their meticulous efforts have been
rewarded. This is a villa to rival any in the Mediterranean region.
Attention to detail was always at the top of their priorities, and this is
clearly demonstrated throughout the finished villa.
Surrounded by the ancient olive trees and hidden away in a hillside
of over 6 acres of private land, the first impression of the villa is
the superb natural stone walls of the house externally. Internally
the beautiful wooden floors and ceilings and the large marbled
bathrooms, one with a sunken bath, are particular features. The
internal decoration and quality soft furnishings are charming. Add
to that the owners’ elegant taste in choosing simple furniture that
has created an impression of luxury through simplicity, which will
impress the most critical eye. Outside the views are dramatic and
magnificent which blend in perfect harmony with the house. The
sublime far reaching sea views from the infinity pool are just a
delight. Overall, the villa has all the natural beauty of a traditional
Greek house with the relaxed comfort of a contemporary country
home. We have not seen a better villa in this area of Greece. Cape
Luigi villa is sure to work magic on tired, jaded minds.
N.B. Our villa price includes a 4 WD for up to
5 people for the full duration of your stay and
will be collected/returned to the airport. Over
5 persons will require a second vehicle at an
additional charge. A complimentary welcome
food hamper will be in your villa on arrival.
