Accommodation:
A living/dining area with a fireplace and sliding patio doors open onto a curved verandah. A walkway leads to a large kitchen (full cooking facilities). A couple of steps up to 1 double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, and sliding patio doors open onto a small verandah. 1 twin bedroom, 2 steps descend to the en-suite bathroom with shower, and sliding patio doors open onto a patio. The ensuite bathroom has another door to the living/dining area.

Outside:
A long driveway skirts a hillside to three luxurious private villas, separate from one another and all set in their own spacious grounds. Parking area. Natural stone walls, patios and terraces and shrub beds surround the area. Private swimming pool, large patio and verandah. Sunbeds and patio furniture. Separate patio with B.B.Q. Set high up on a ridge above the east coast of Lefkada, Villa Anatoli sits on a plateau amid freshly planted shrub gardens overlooking panoramic views to the east and west.

Our visitors are knocked out by the incomparable views across the channel and bay to the mountains of mainland Greece. It is one of few villas that we can boast you are able to watch the sunrise and the sunset.

The locals once cultivated this land and remnants such as grapevines, fig trees and plums still grow and produce wonderful fruit, a bonus for the builders when they were here. Some of the olive and fruit trees have been retained where possible and many shrubs and flowers have been added for colour. The villa is designed so each room feels spacious and has windows that look out onto these fabulous views. Strong colours have been used throughout the villa; modern furniture made in natural materials, prints, lamps and knick-knacks have been added for comfort and interest.

The hand-built kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and all the necessary equipment. French windows lead onto the shady verandah where one can dine, read or just relax and enjoy watching the children in the pool or soak up the calmness of the fantastic panoramic views. To the rear of the villa is another patio with a B.B.Q. and views that overlook Poros village and down the valley to the sea, a perfect place to watch the sunset.

Situated just a 5-minute drive away, you pass through the village of Poros. It is a typically quaint village with a church hovering on a hillside; it also has a taverna. A further 10 minutes drive below the village and through the valley is the nearest beach of Mikros Gialos. Here you will find a number of tavernas serving delicious salads and local cuisine. Many say it is their favourite place to spend an afternoon. There are a number of other villages and harbours within a 20-minute drive. There is however a great temptation to just stay and relax in this villa.

N.B. Our villa price includes a 4 WD for up to 5 people for the full duration of your stay and will be collected/returned to the airport. A complimentary welcome food hamper will be in your villa on arrival.
