Accommodation:
A hallway leads to: 1 twin/double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower and French windows onto the terrace /pool area. A family bathroom with shower. 1 twin/double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower and a door opens onto a small terrace with a table and chairs. From the hallway a few steps take you down to the living/dining /kitchen area (full cooking facilities). The living area has a fireplace and French windows that open onto a patio with furniture.

Outside: To the front of the property is a large terrace with a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi. At the end of the terrace is a pergola covered sitting area with a couple of sofas and a coffee table. There is also a B.B.Q. with a small outdoor sink and tap situated together with a dining table and chairs. Patio furniture is provided for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. A path winds down from the villa to the sea where there is a private sunbathing platform with a ladder into the sea, sunbeds and a fresh water shower. PANORAMIC SEA VIEWS.

In the summers of 2005 and 2007 Villa Althea at Dolphin Point was chosen by two major national newspapers as the featured villa in articles about Greek villas. Unsurprisingly, Althea is a villa that people return to each year but now it has competition! Villa Nerina is the sister villa built above and behind Althea.

Again, every amenity and comfort has been thought of and provided. The villa is exceptional. Internally, the bedrooms and living areas are superb, thoughtfully designed and furnished tastefully. Externally, the pool and patio areas are open and spacious, a fabulous location to enjoy the glorious views that overlook the Ionian sea with its ever-changing shades of blue. Should the dolphins or flying fish not make an appearance then you can rely on the yachts sailing in and out of the harbour to entertain you.

The villa is private and not at all overlooked and yet it is only a 5-minute drive to the charming and bustling fishing village and harbour of Syvota. The harbour is natural and safe, therefore a favourite overnight stop for yachts. There are a good selection of tavernas, some specialising in seafood, and a few cafe/bars to sit and ‘people watch’. It is hard to imagine a more desirable place for a Greek holiday. Our first guests to stay in Nerina all commented on how refreshing it was to arrive at a villa and find it actually exceeded their expectations.

The building of Villa Nerina became a labour of love for the owners. They were all involved in every single stage during the building process. The family were determined that their finished project would be exactly to their specifications and high standards.

N.B. Our villa price also includes a Group C car for up to 5 people for the full duration of your stay and will be collected/returned to the airport. A complimentary welcome food hamper will be in your villa on arrival.
