Accommodation:
An open plan living/dining/kitchen area (with full cooking facilities). The living area has a fireplace, and French windows that open onto a large verandah with patio furniture. 2 steps up to 1 double bedroom with a mosquito net over the bed, and French windows that open onto a terrace. 1 twin bedroom with French windows that open onto a terrace. 1 bathroom with shower, a 2nd bathroom with bath/shower.

Outside:
Landscaped gardens surround the villas Aledora, Iasmos, Melia and Rodia and the pathways are lit at night. Each villa has its own verandah with outside furniture and a B.B.Q. Villas Aledora and Iasmos each have a private swimming pool. The neighbouring villas Rodia and Melia share a large swimming pool and child's pool. For guests staying in these two villas, there is a laundry room with 2 automatic washing Closest beach to both villas, Pefkoulia machines and ironing facilities. SEA AND HILL VIEWS.

These charmingly simplistic villas are situated amongst the olive groves behind the traditional village of Tsoukalades. They have been cleverly designed to face in slightly different directions from one another so each one enjoys some privacy without compromising the wonderful sea views from the verandahs. Aledora and Iasmos are virtually identical inside. The interior décor is of rustic traditional style with earthenware adornments, candles and the use of natural materials.

It is uncluttered and charming. At night you can see the lights of mainland Greece twinkle across the sea. Many of the old stone terraces have been retained, along with their collection of gnarled old olive trees for shade and character. The gardens are landscaped with flowering shrubs and plants and have been incorporated with the existing almond and olive trees. Natural stone walls and winding paths snake in between. At nightfall, the pathways are automatically lit from parking place, to pool, to your own patio.

Tourism has taken its time to evolve in Tsoukalades; so slowly in fact that the villagers still maintain a very traditional lifestyle. A casual stroll around the village will show you a simple way of life that has changed little in centuries. Four­legged traffic is gradually being replaced by four-wheeled traffic. The main road is only a few minutes drive from the villas or a 15-20 minute walk down the unmade/part asphalt track. Here, you will find enough essentials to get by; a couple of highly recommended tavernas (up to five in high season), a telephone, a post box and a mini-market where you can buy fresh bread, and a small selection of groceries. For a livelier venue, a 10-minute drive south will take you past the long sandy beach of Pefkouli to the bustling village of Agios Nikitas. Just as close is the atmospheric Lefkada town with its fresh fish shops and traditional Greek life.
