Accommodation:
First floor: An open-plan living/dining/kitchen area (full cooking facilities). The living area has a fireplace, and French windows open onto a large verandah with furniture. A cloakroom with aW.C. and a washbasin.
Ground floor: A staircase down to a small hallway. A cupboard under the stairs for the automatic washing machine. 1 double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath/shower, and French windows that open onto a patio. 1 twin bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside:
A steep hillside location with many steps, slopes and natural stone terracing. Olive groves skirt the property. Flower and shrub beds are planted for colour and privacy. Just below the villas there is private access to a small cove to swim and moorings for guests hiring a boat. There is a private driveway and parking areas for villas Akrogiali, Votsalo, Floisvos and Thalassa. Each villa has a private swimming pool and a natural stone patio with furniture. B.B.Q. SEA VIEWS.

These villas are definitely for early risers. The sunrises are missed by most people but are often better than the sunsets that everyone gathers for on the west coast. With the dramatic back drop from the mountains of mainland Greece, it is certainly worth preparing a fresh hot coffee and sitting on your balcony for.

At this time of day, the water in the channel and the bay is like a mirror and only disturbed by passing fishing boats with their early morning catch. During the day you have the option to do as much or as little as you like.

You can enjoy a dip in your swimming pool, take a vigorous swim across the bay, or perhaps go pottering in a hired boat to find a secluded cove to go fishing or snorkelling. Shopping by boat seems more fun than by car. All amenities can be found in Nidri, approximately 15 minutes by car or boat. This small busy resort can also offer a range of water sports such as sailing, para-sailing, water skiing etc. For those whom are content to just chill out then the perfect place to be is on a sunbed beside the pool, under the shade of an umbrella gazing across the sparkling sea or reading a good book. It is very unusual to find such lovely villas on a waterside location. The villa owners take pleasure in keeping these accommodations immaculate. The interiors have been tastefully decorated with strong blending colours and little touches have been added to make them less impersonal. There is comfortable furniture in the lounge and on a chilly early spring or late autumn evening the fire can be lit to make the villa warm and cosy. Pretty gardens, potted plants and flowerbeds are kept watered to encourage a colourful display. Taking a stroll along the track, following the coast will bring you to another pebble beach. Unless it is high season, it is likely to be deserted. During the spring the flowers amongst the olive groves are gorgeous. Sheep are often grazing in the meadows or under the olive trees and there are plenty of other subjects to paint or photograph along the way.

N.B. Our villa price also includes a Group C car for the full duration of your stay and will be collected/returned to the airport. A complimentary welcome food hamper will be in your villa on arrival. Boat hire is highly recommended and can be rented daily, weekly or for the full duration of your stay and moored below the villa.
