Al Olivar is a new villa, completed towards the end of the 2011 summer. Its owners have their own villa in the vicinity so know the island and area well. This is most apparent given their choice of location for Al Olivar and the attention to detail.
It really is a most delightful villa, set in spacious private grounds that stretch to a picturesque bay below with its own private mooring and jetty. A Topper Magno sailing dinghy*and 2 kayaks are included to help you get the most out of this wonderful location. The far reaching sea views are quite breathtaking yet the villa is only a 10 minute stroll to the charming harbour village of Vathi with its wide choice of waterside tavernas.
The villa itself is furnished most tastefully following a modern, stylish theme throughout. It contains all the amenities you would expect from a high standard villa. The owners have tried to think of everything. Even the pool has an automatic solid cover for safety if required. We did manage a couple of bookings at the end of last season, after the villa completion, and the feedback from those guests exceeded our high expectations, a pleasing reward for their efforts.
One of these guests described it as the best villa they have stayed in. The outside dining, the gorgeous views, the private access to the sea, the quality of the accommodation, the privacy with easy walking distance to tavernas and the private mooring make this a villa we look forward to offering for its first full summer. We have no doubts it will prove to be a most desirable addition to our portfolio. Boat hire is highly recommended for this villa.
N.B. Our villa price includes: a complimentary welcome food hamper in your villa on your arrival, return taxi/minibus transfers from Preveza Airport to the port on Lefkada, return boat transfers to a port on Meganissi for up to 4 passengers per villa. An additional transfer charge will be quoted for 5 passengers or more.
Optional extras: Car hire may be booked and paid for in advance for the duration of your stay and collected from Meganissi. Motor boat hire is highly recommended and can be rented daily or weekly. This can be reserved in advance and paid for locally in Euros to the boat hire company.

Prices shown in Sterling are for weekly rental of the accommodation, which will accommodate up to 8 persons. The prices do not include flights, so if you do not book your flights through us please ensure you make your own arrangements.
